100kW EDG Rental

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is requesting a quote for the rental of one (1) 100kW Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) for a period of 12 months. The contractor shall provide the EDG, installation, and maintenance services. The quote should include the price for the EDG rental, installation, and maintenance services. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government. • The contractor shall provide a 100kW EDG that meets the technical specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor shall install and maintain the EDG. • The contractor shall provide documentation, such as manufacturer literature or product brochures, to demonstrate full compliance with the technical specifications. • The contractor shall provide a quote that includes the price for the EDG rental, installation, and maintenance services. • The contractor shall submit their quote via email to Kimberly Neumann and Amanpreet Johal by 9:00 AM Pacific Time on 5 June 2026.
