Elementary Leadership and Instructional Coaching Services

The Purchasing Department is seeking proposals for Elementary Leadership and Instructional Coaching Services. The purpose of this RFP is to provide coaching services to 21 elementary schools. The selected proposer will be required to provide 32 days of job-embedded coaching per school. The coaching services will include 1:1 coaching and job-embedded group learning models. The district is looking for a proposer who can provide a plan for coaching building leaders and observing their own staff. The proposer will also be required to provide professional learning time to literacy leaders, which may be up to 2-3 days per week for four months. • The RFP includes attachments such as a sample contract, federal terms and conditions, and a proposal form. • The proposer is required to complete and return the proposal form and reference form. • The submission of the trade secret form is optional. • The proposer's entire proposal will be available for public inspection if the trade secret form is not returned. • The district has provided answers to questions regarding the RFP, including the allocation of coaching days and the structures for job-embedded group learning models.
