The College is seeking a brand‑new benchtop Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer system to support its chemistry curriculum. The contract covers the supply of a complete 60 MHz permanent‑magnet unit with all required accessories, software licenses, installation, commissioning, on‑site training, warranty, and ongoing technical support. Delivery, installation, and full operational status must be achieved by mid‑February 2027, with user training completed within one month of delivery. The vendor must meet weight, performance, and software requirements and provide calibration standards and a preventive‑maintenance plan.
• Provide one new benchtop NMR spectrometer (≥ 60 MHz, ≤ 75 lb, permanent magnet) with full accessories and perpetual‑license software.
• Include installation, on‑site training (within 1 month), warranty, technical support, and calibration/test samples.
• Deliver and commission the system at the LA Building, Ann Arbor, MI by 15 Feb 2027.
• Submit a single PDF quote with a signed signature page by 6 Aug 2026 (2 pm EDT).
• Vendor must be a qualified, non‑debarred supplier able to meet all technical specifications and provide remote diagnostics.
