Master Order for Automotive Parts & Service

Texas A&M University is seeking bids to establish a Master Order for the provision of automotive parts and service. The Master Order will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide automotive parts and service to the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, TX. The estimated annual expenditure for this contract is $40,000. • The contract will require the vendor to provide parts and service on an "as needed" basis. • The vendor will be required to provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and accessories. • The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance prior to beginning work on the campus. • The contract will be awarded based on best value criteria, including price, reputation, quality of goods and services, and past relationship with the institution.
