Lantana library Variable Air Volume (VAVs) replacement

The Palm Beach County is seeking a contractor to replace the Variable Air Volume (VAVs) and perform BAS programming at the Lantana library. The project is part of the County's Annual Contract for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services. To be considered, contractors must be qualified and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The scope of work includes replacement of VAVs and BAS programming. • The project is located at the Lantana library. • The pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. • Qualification applications must be submitted at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date. • The County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids.
