Description
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is seeking information from qualified collection agencies to assist in the recovery of outstanding medical transport billing accounts. The agency should have experience in healthcare and governmental collections and be able to provide a clear workflow outlining the collection process. The selected agency will be responsible for managing and collecting on aged medical transport accounts, providing reporting capabilities, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Some key areas of interest include account management and collection services, compliance, data integration and reporting, performance metrics and benchmarks, customer service and public relations, security and data protection, and cost structure.
