OneShoreline As-Needed Routine Maintenance RFSQ

The San Mateo County Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District (OneShoreline) is seeking qualified firms to provide as-needed routine maintenance services for flood and stormwater infrastructure in San Mateo County. The selected firms will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services, including general repairs, trash and debris removal, maintenance dredging, vegetation removal, and other related services. The contracts will be multi-year and multiple-project agreements, with a maximum term of 5 years. OneShoreline anticipates awarding up to three contracts. • The scope of work includes maintenance and operation of various facilities and systems, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and functionality. • The contracts will be managed by OneShoreline, which will coordinate with local jurisdictions and facilitate regulatory compliance. • The selected firms will be required to demonstrate experience and capacity to successfully deliver similar scope of work, and to provide high-quality services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. • The evaluation criteria will include technical quality, team qualifications, project understanding, cost reasonableness, and compliance with RFSQ requirements.
