RFI BPM056593 Forensic Neuropathology Services for OCME

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking information regarding currently available neuropathology consultative services to support medicolegal death investigations. The services include histopathological evaluation, consultative interpretation, report generation, and integration with medicolegal death investigation operations. The contractor will provide professional neuropathological consultation to identify and assess traumatic brain injury, natural disease processes, and other relevant forensic findings. The contractor will also provide clear diagnostic opinions, including relevance to cause and manner of death when appropriate, and be available to issue addenda or clarifications as additional information becomes available.
