RESTAURANT FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES MEADOW HILLS

The City of Aurora is seeking a concessionaire to provide food and beverage services at the Meadow Hills Golf Course. The concessionaire will have exclusive rights to operate all food service areas and vending operations, selling food, beverages, and tobacco products on the golf course premises. The contract term is 36 months, with two possible 2-year extensions. The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining the interior of the restaurant, including cleaning, painting, and providing furniture and equipment. The City will maintain the exterior of the building, utilities, and provide insect and rodent control. Key responsibilities of the concessionaire include: • Providing high-quality food and beverage services • Maintaining a clean and attractive environment • Employing friendly, competent, and courteous staff • Providing cable, satellite, or streaming television services • Installing, servicing, and maintaining vending machines • Providing beer, wine, and liquor sales • Maintaining all equipment and furniture in good repair The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City. • Food and beverage sales • Catering services • Vending machine sales • Tobacco sales
