The Department of Children and Youth (DCY) is seeking proposals for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Motivational Interviewing (MI) training program, including fidelity monitoring, for Local Child Serving Programs (LCSPs) across the state. The selected contractor must design, coordinate, and deliver a statewide Tiered Training Curriculum to a diverse audience that includes agency leadership, supervisors, and front-line staff within LCSPs. The program aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capacity of staff across LCSPs to deliver MI with fidelity to the evidence-based model, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery statewide. Key aspects of the program include: • Development of a comprehensive MI training program • Implementation of fidelity monitoring tools • Creation of a continuous quality improvement (CQI) plan • Development of a train-the-trainer model • Collaboration with DCY to develop a reimbursement process for Title IV-E Agencies • Provision of quarterly progress reports and participation in monthly calls with DCY The proposal should include a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and must be submitted electronically through OhioBuys.
