Description
The Department of the Interior is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for the kitchen equipment at the Stewart Lee Udall Building. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four optional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and provide readiness checks. The contractor must also comply with all applicable standards, including OSHA, NFPA 96, NEC, and District of Columbia Department of Health regulations.
