Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide refuse-compactor and roll-off dumpster services for the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System. The requirement is for one 30-yard open-top roll-off trash dumpster per haul, 1x a week, and one 34-yard self-contained compactor, 2x a week. The contract term is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The vendor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
* The contract will be for a total of 5 years, including the base period and option periods.
* The vendor must provide pricing for each line item, including the unit price and total amount.
* The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government.
* The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FAR and VAAR.
