Description
Maryland Public Television is seeking to procure DocuSign’s electronic signature solution and onboarding services for a two-year period. The scope of work includes providing DocuSign Enterprise Pro Edition, Multi-Channel Delivery, Onboarding Services Lite, and Premier Support. The bidder must be an authorized reseller of DocuSign products and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer. The bidder must also submit references from companies or organizations for which they have provided similar services.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
• The bidder must submit their quote via eMMA by the deadline.
• The contract will be for a two-year period, with payments made annually.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation, occupational safety, and nondiscrimination.
