Description
The FDA CDRH OSEL Division is seeking a commercial vendor to supply a complete micro‑focus X‑ray tube system—including high‑voltage power supply, control software, and documentation—to support a benchtop phase‑contrast breast imaging research platform. The system will be delivered to the FDA White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, MD, and must be shipped FOB destination with a one‑year warranty. Delivery is required within six weeks of contract award. The award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis; the quotation must meet all salient technical characteristics and be the lowest priced among technically acceptable offers. The solicitation is not set‑aside for small businesses.
