2026.018-RFP Nutrition RFP -Congregate Meal Programs

The Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Nutrition RFP - Congregate Meal Programs. The program aims to provide nutritious meals to older adults who live in Washington County, along with programming that will engage the community members in social activities and help combat social isolation. • The meals must be provided at a congregate meal site within Washington County and meet the nutrition requirements set forth in the Older Americans Act of 1965 and the State of Oregon's Nutrition Standards. • A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 18, 2026, at 1:00 pm. • Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026. • The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
