Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking proposals for the procurement of CIENA network hardware for Dorchester Square. The solicitation is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012, 060B2490022. The scope of work includes the provision of CIENA network hardware, installation, and training services. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing CIENA network hardware, including routers, power cords, software, and optics
• Installation and training services for the hardware
• Manufacturer's extended warranty for the hardware
• Security, cameras, and associated peripherals
• Compliance with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06
• Submission of proposals through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system
