Engineering Services - Improved Tree Well Construction Project

The City of Albany is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the installation of improved tree wells throughout the city. The project includes installing approximately 100 improved tree wells at various locations. The total project budget is approximately $875,000, including all construction, engineering, administration, and a 10% construction contingency. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all data collection, preliminary and final plan development, and engineering services as required for the project.
