RFQ 19DR8626Q0027 – Make Ready Services Bambues

The U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo is seeking a contractor to provide make-ready services for residential units in Residencial Los Bambues. The services include painting, janitorial/cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other tasks as required. The contractor will be responsible for providing personnel, supplies, and equipment to complete the work. The contract will be for a one-year period with a minimum guarantee of $12,500 and a maximum of $115,000. The contractor will be required to commence work within two calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed and complete the work within 24 calendar days. • The contractor will be required to provide an English-speaking representative to supervise the workforce and serve as a liaison with the Government. • The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified technicians for each trade with relevant experience to perform make-ready services. • The contractor will be required to survey the property and verify the work required against the task order before commencing work. • The contractor will be required to complete all services on individual housing units within the specified timeframe. • The contractor will be required to provide a price proposal, including a breakdown of the proposal price by divisions of specifications. • The contractor will be required to provide a business management/technical proposal, including information on the proposed work, experience, and past performance.
