Description
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to SINTEF Ocean AS for the procurement of Towed Silcam Prototype Phase II - Repairs, Upgrades and Modifications. The project involves modifying and upgrading the BSEE-owned Towed SilCam prototype to improve its ease of use and data quality. The work includes replacement of internal camera mounting structure, damaged mounting hardware, installation of additional data ports, and replacement of the LED flash unit. The contractor will also update the Towed SilCam user manual based on feedback from BSEE. Key aspects of the project include:
