Parks & Recreation Planning, Design & Construction Administration Services

The Martin County Purchasing department is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional consulting services to provide parks-specific planning, design, construction administration, and feasibility services in support of the BOCC-adopted Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing a range of services, including planning, design, and construction administration for parks and recreation facilities. The consultant will also be required to provide feasibility studies and other related services. • The consultant must have experience in providing similar services for parks and recreation facilities. • The consultant must have a strong understanding of the County's parks and recreation master plan and be able to provide services that align with the plan's goals and objectives. • The consultant must be able to provide a range of services, including planning, design, and construction administration. • The consultant must be able to work effectively with County staff and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
