Description
The Beaverton School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Hot Works and/or Refrigeration Services and Repairs on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for conducting repairs, replacements, and general maintenance for commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, warmers, steamers, kettles, and dishwashers, as well as walk-in refrigerators and freezers. The contractor must be able to respond to emergency repairs within 1-2 business days and non-emergency repairs within 3-5 business days. The contractor will be required to provide written quotes, invoices, and service reports, and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
