NIST CUP-BOILER REPAIR & WELDING SERVICES

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a contractor to provide boiler repair and welding services on a 24/7/365 callback basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repairs on high-pressure power boilers and associated systems. The contractor must have experience working with ASME "R" code and have certified welders on staff. The contract will be for a base year with up to four option years. • The contractor will be required to provide a safety plan and adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to respond to emergency calls within 8 hours of notification. • The contractor will be required to provide a written estimate for repairs within 24 hours of notification. • The contractor will be required to provide a final cost report to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 10 days of completing the repair.
