Janitorial Services for the Annapolis Complex and Crownsville

The State of Maryland is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for 16 state facilities located in the Annapolis Capitol Complex and Crownsville. The contractor will be responsible for providing a high level of cleaning services, including daily cleaning tasks, and adhering to the State's standards and procedures. The contract will be for a three-year base period with two one-year renewal option periods. The contractor must have a minimum of three consecutive years of experience in providing janitorial services comparable in scope, type, size, magnitude, and complexity to those required in this IFB. • Key responsibilities include: • Providing daily cleaning services for all facilities • Maintaining a high level of cleaning standards • Adhering to the State's standards and procedures • Providing sustainable cleaning plans • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintaining accurate records of services provided • Coordinating with State personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
