Description
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) seeks a qualified contractor to act as its agent for collecting, purchasing, and analyzing salary survey data across roughly 50 surveys each year, and to deliver the results via a cloud‑based Enterprise Compensation Solution (ECS). The contractor will also develop job‑architecture documentation, provide training, and produce regular progress reports and quarterly meetings. The work is performed remotely from the contractor’s facilities, with all data handling required to meet VA security, HIPAA, FISMA, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Collect and reformat VHA employee data for submission to multiple third‑party survey publishers.
• Purchase, aggregate, and analyze survey results, including geographic differential analyses, and load them into a cloud‑based compensation platform.
• Deliver an instruction guide, annual updates, training, and a job‑architecture implementation plan; submit monthly progress reports and quarterly meeting minutes.
