Description
The Mackinac Island Public Schools is seeking a contractor to demolish, procure, and install air handling units in the cafeteria. The project includes state permits and engineering, demolition and removal of existing units, procurement and installation of new units, duct hoist, fabrications, and structural modifications. The bidder must provide a not-to-exceed bid amount, itemized cost estimates, proposed start and completion dates, and proof of insurance. The project is expected to be completed in a room with dimensions 60x40 and 18 ft ceilings, and a scissor lift is available onsite.
