J029--Chemical Treatments, Cooling Tower/Boiler Water Treatment Service - SAVAHCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Chemical Treatments, Cooling Tower/Boiler Water Treatment Services at the Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System (SAVAHCS). The contractor will be responsible for providing specialized experience, licensure, and certifications, including a narrative describing at least 10 years of experience providing Cooling Tower/Boiler Water Treatment Services, a Water Treatment Specialist with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or physical sciences, and evidence of OSHA-30 Hour Construction certification. The contractor must also provide an active Business License and comply with subcontractor requirements. • The contractor must submit their offer electronically to [email protected] by the specified deadline. • The offer must include two separate files: General Information and Price/Cost Schedule, and Special Standards of Responsibility. • The Government will evaluate offers based on price and other factors, with the lowest-priced offer being identified and evaluated for reasonableness and responsibility. • The contractor must establish their qualifications and demonstrate their ability to perform all services pertaining to this solicitation.
