The U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telecommunications services. The contractor will be required to provide brand new numbers for all new connections, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The scope of work includes the provision of mobile telecommunications services, and the contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. Key requirements include: • Completion of the required portions of the attached document • Submission of the proposal in English • Incomplete quotations will not be accepted • The file size must not exceed 20MB • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database at the time of submitting a proposal • The contractor must complete and submit the SF-1449, Section 1, Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, and additional information as required in Section 3.
