Description
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Statewide Fire - Alarm Security Services for the State of Nevada. The services include installation, repair, or maintenance needs on building fire and alarm security services. The contract term is expected to be four years, with an option to renew for one two-year or two one-year extensions. The evaluation criteria include reliable availability, technical expertise, experience in performance of comparable engagements, conformance with the terms of the RFP, proposed project approach, and cost factor.
• The State intends to award one or more contracts in conjunction with this RFP.
• The resulting contract(s) shall specify an initial term of 4 years, anticipated to begin September 08, 2026, subject to Board of Examiners’ approval.
• Vendors must be registered at nevadaepro.com to respond to the solicitation.
• Vendors must provide a cost proposal using their own standard format, with consideration of tasks in the Scope of Work.
• Vendors must submit proposals for one or more of the following service regions: Northern, Central, and Southern.
