Description
The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Small Businesses capable of providing Signatera testing services for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and other items required to perform Renasight, Prospera, and Signatera testing. The contractor shall submit results to the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service by fax, and all lab reports shall contain specific patient and test information.
Key requirements include:
• Providing Signatera testing services
• Submitting results by fax with specific patient and test information
• Having College of American Pathologist (CAP) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLA) certifications
• Being a registered, active, and verified business in the System for Award Management (SAM) and other relevant databases
• Having the ability to provide services under a Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC), General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and/or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract
