Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide event tent rentals for the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and tearing down various sized tents, including a 40ft x 80ft command tent, a 40ft x 75ft STEM tent, three 15ft x 30ft security tents, and a 40ft x 135ft FSS Sponsor tent. The contractor will also be required to provide weight ballasts, anchors, and other necessary equipment for the tents. The contractor must adhere to the timelines specified in the Statement of Work. Key considerations for this project include the ability to deliver and set up the tents on time, the quality of the tents and equipment, and the contractor's experience with similar events.
