Description
The City of Orange is seeking a qualified design firm to provide comprehensive park design services for the Rampart Street Park site (2190 Rampart St.). The scope includes all phases from conceptual planning through full construction‑document sets, CEQA categorical exemption processing, water‑quality management planning, geotechnical and arborist reports, public outreach, and construction‑administration support.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, topographic, boundary, geotechnical, and arborist surveys.
• Produce conceptual, preliminary, and 100 % construction‑ready drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and a complete Water Quality Management Plan.
• Facilitate two public‑input meetings, coordinate with City and Orange County agencies, and provide bidding assistance and construction‑phase administration.
