Description
This solicitation seeks to pre‑qualify roofing contractors for a statewide job‑order contract that will serve the Greenville County School District and any other South Carolina public entities that elect to use the contract. The award will be a term contract (up to two years) under which individual job orders—each capped at $750,000 and collectively not to exceed $6 million—will be issued to qualified contractors. Contractors must hold a valid South Carolina Roofing (RF‑3) license, provide bonding and insurance capacity of at least $750,000 per job, and submit detailed qualifications, past performance, and personnel experience. The solicitation is an RFQ; no contract value is set at this stage, but successful firms will be placed on a Qualified Vendors List for future invitations to bid.
