Description
The U.S. Embassy in Libreville, Gabon is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide full‑service landscaping (gardening) support for its premises. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, with a one‑year base period and up to three one‑year option periods (maximum four years). Services include routine grass cutting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest control, debris removal, and the development of an annual grounds‑maintenance plan. The contractor must supply qualified personnel (foreman, horticulturist, laborers), maintain key control, and meet extensive insurance and FAR compliance requirements.
