The project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform complete exterior surface preparation and painting of the entire building complex. Work includes, but is not limited to, surface preparation, surface repairs, patching, caulking, sealant application, water blasting/pressure washing, cleaning, priming, and the application of specified paint and protective coating systems to all designated exterior surfaces. The Contractor shall thoroughly prepare all surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and long-term performance of the coating system. Any deteriorated, damaged, or failed materials identified within the scope of work shall be repaired or treated prior to painting. Key considerations for this project include protection of adjacent surfaces, landscaping, equipment, and facilities from damage or overspray, as well as complete cleanup and disposal of all project-related debris. The project will be performed in multiple phases, with work sequencing and scheduling coordinated through the Mt.
