Description
The State of Nevada, in conjunction with NASPO ValuePoint, is seeking contractors to provide Inmate Communications services. The contract will have an initial term of two years with the option for three one-year renewal periods. The proposal should include a technical response, cost proposal, and other required documents. The state reserves the right to accept all or part of the proposal. Key considerations include:
• The ability to provide Inmate Communications services to state and local government entities
• Compliance with the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement terms and conditions
• The ability to provide a detailed and concise proposal
• Adherence to the submission requirements and deadlines
• The ability to provide services to multiple states and entities
• Compliance with the laws and regulations of the Lead State and Participating States
The scope of work includes providing Inmate Communications services, and the contractor will be required to submit reports and other documentation as specified in the contract.
