Description
The Hawaiʻi State Archives (HSA) is seeking to expand its printing and reproduction capabilities. In support of this initiative, HSA is looking to procure the following equipment:
* Qty One (1) Epson P9570 44” 12-color Printer
* Qty One (1) Epson P5370 17” 10-Color Printer
* Qty Two (2) Full sets of 350ml Genuine Epson UltraChrome12 ink cartridges for P9570
* Qty Two (2) Full sets of 200ml Genuine Epson UltraChrome10 ink cartridges for P5370
The successful vendor will be required to provide proof of compliance with the State of Hawai’i and must be Hawaiʻi Compliance Express (HCE) compliant at the time of award.
The award will be based on Best Value, considering factors such as total cost of ownership, performance history of the vendor, quality of goods, services, delivery, and proposed technical performance.
Some key points to consider:
• The price is to be inclusive of all costs, including taxes, shipping, and standard factory warranty.
• The successful vendor will be required to submit an invoice to the State upon successful receipt of the specified items.
• The State reserves the right to modify, alter, amend, change, cancel, suspend, or terminate this solicitation at any time and without cause.
