Description
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking bids for the purchase of Parrot ANAFI UKR GOV Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) kits and related accessories. The contract will be for a period of three years, with an option for renewal. The bidder must provide all necessary equipment to complete the job and meet the specifications contained in the solicitation. The commission encourages diversity in its procurement program and requests that all subcontracting opportunities afford diversity.
• The UAV kits must include a Parrot ANAFI UKR GOV UAV, Parrot Skycontroller UKR, Samsung Tablet, Smart battery, USB Power Delivery charger, and other accessories.
• The bidder must provide documentation certifying that the Parrot ANAFI UKR GOV UAV and its critical components are not produced by a manufacturer domiciled in, or produced by a manufacturer believed to be owned, controlled by, or otherwise connected to any "Foreign Countries of Concern" as defined by Florida Statutes.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations when handling data collected by the UAV.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder who submits the lowest bid price.
