Description
The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, is seeking bids for lawn maintenance services at He`eia State Park. The scope of work includes trimming, mowing, and blowing grass clippings and leaves off concrete and asphalt surfaces, removing trash, and disposing of fallen branches and coconut fronds. The contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract term is 12 months, commencing from the Notice to Award.
• The bid award shall be based on the availability of funds.
• The contractor shall be compliant through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
• A pre-bid site inspection will be held on January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the He`eia State Park.
