The Northwest Arctic Borough (NAB) seeks a lease for a residential property to serve as Village Public Safety Office (VPSO) housing in Kotzebue, Alaska. The selected landlord must provide a fully furnished, secure, and pet‑friendly dwelling that accommodates up to eight officers, supports Starlink satellite internet, and includes parking for multiple vehicles and snowmachines.
