Description
The Phillipsburg Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade its security‑camera infrastructure across multiple district facilities, including high school, middle school, stadium, and fieldhouse. The work encompasses removal of legacy Bosch cameras, installation of new 4‑MP and 8‑MP varifocal cameras, pole‑mounted LPR cameras, conduit and cabling, power supplies, and full system integration with existing monitoring platforms. Vendors must submit a sealed bid with a 10 % bid bond (capped at $20 k) and provide extensive compliance documentation (ownership, non‑collusion, insurance, affirmative‑action, etc.).
• Replace 88 existing Bosch indoor cameras at Phillipsburg High School with new 4 MP varifocal Turing cameras, including wiring and software integration.
• Install 16 indoor and 2 outdoor cameras at Phillipsburg Middle School plus associated cabling and mounting hardware.
• Deploy a mixed suite of 33 indoor/outdoor cameras (including Axis P38 panoramic sensors and PTZ units) at Maloney Stadium / Jim Ringo Fieldhouse, plus conduit work for the press‑box.
• Perform trenching, conduit installation, and pole‑camera setup on Stateliner Blvd for two License‑Plate‑Recognition cameras.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with payment due within 90 days of invoicing and potential renewal options for up to two additional years.
