Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for Janitorial Services for Luzerne County Active Adult Centers. The services include general cleaning of all areas, with emphasis on machine polishing vinyl floors and cleaning interior windows and glass doors. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance, labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the services specified.
• The services will be provided at multiple locations, including Charles T. Adams Senior Center, Falls Senior Center, Freeland Senior Center, Hazleton Senior Center, Mountain Top Senior Center, and Pittston Senior Center.
