On-Call Commercial Grade Doors, Detention Doors, & Hardware - Install & Repair

The County is seeking an on‑call contractor to supply, install, repair, maintain, and replace commercial‑grade and detention‑grade doors and associated hardware across Multnomah County facilities. The contract will run for five years and will be awarded to the lowest‑priced responsible bidders for each service line (commercial doors and detention doors). Bidders must submit a completed pricing worksheet, a cooperative purchasing agreement, and certify compliance with Oregon prevailing‑wage statutes, recycling requirements, and diversity goals. • Provide commercial‑grade metal doors, detention‑grade hollow‑metal doors, glazing, frames, locks, hinges, closers, and related hardware on an as‑needed basis. • Perform installation, emergency repair, routine maintenance, and replacement services 24 × 7 × 365. • Submit pricing for two sample projects (commercial and detention) using Attachment B; the lowest total price for each line wins. • Comply with Oregon prevailing‑wage rates, recycle waste where feasible, and make good‑faith efforts to include minority‑, women‑, and emerging‑small‑business subcontractors. • Contract may be awarded to separate commercial‑door only, detention‑door only, or combined bidders; multiple contracts may be issued.
