The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals to supply, stock, and deliver fleet tires and associated services for its municipal vehicle fleet. The contract will cover new tires, retreaded tires, warranty administration, inventory management, field‑service support, sustainability initiatives, and reporting. The vendor must demonstrate experience with municipal or commercial fleets, maintain a robust distribution network, provide same‑day/next‑day delivery options, and meet a 60‑minute field‑service guarantee.
