Portable Restrooms and Handwash Stations

The City of Northglenn is soliciting bids for the provision, servicing, and maintenance of portable restrooms and handwash stations to support year-round park use, seasonal needs, and special events. The initial contract term will be for one calendar year, with an option to renew annually for up to two additional years at the discretion of the City. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform these services in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Some key services include: • Providing portable restroom units, including ADA-compliant models, for placement within City of Northglenn parks and at special events • Servicing units twice weekly, including full inspection, minor repairs, waste pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, graffiti removal, and restocking consumables • Implementing an electronic system to track and verify service records • Coordinating with the Parks and Recreation Department, Events Staff, or other City designee for prompt delivery, placement, and removal of units for special events • Ensuring units are clean, operational, and fully stocked at the completion of every service • Addressing any reported service issues within 24 to 48 hours of notification • Maintaining written service logs inside each unit, detailing the date, time, and type of service performed, along with the name of the technician
