Description
The West Virginia Public Service Commission is seeking a vendor to provide fire suppression inspection and maintenance services for their campus located at 201 Brooks St and 1116 Quarrier St, Charleston, WV. The contract will include two buildings and a parking garage. The vendor will be responsible for quarterly sprinkler inspections, annual backflow inspections, annual fire extinguisher inspections, annual fire alarm inspections, and annual smoke detector sensitivity inspections. The vendor will also provide 24-hour monitoring of the fire alarm system.
• The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience in inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire suppression systems in commercial buildings.
• The vendor must provide proof of qualifications upon request.
• The vendor must comply with all mandatory requirements listed in the solicitation.
• The vendor must provide all equipment, tools, and parts necessary for the performance of the contract services.
