Propane Supply and Delivery Services

The County of San Mateo Parks Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide propane supply and delivery services to various park locations within the county. The selected vendor will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of propane, ensuring that all safety and regulatory standards are met. This service is essential for the operation of park facilities, including heating, cooking, and other propane-dependent activities. • The vendor shall provide propane that meets the specifications outlined in the RFP, including HD-5 grade and a minimum propane content of 90%. • The vendor shall provide regularly scheduled deliveries, emergency delivery services, installation and maintenance of propane storage tanks, and routine safety inspections. • The vendor shall comply with all applicable safety and regulatory standards, including ASTM and NFPA standards. • The vendor shall provide safety training and informational materials to park staff on the proper handling and use of propane. • The vendor shall have a minimum of four years of experience providing similar services and shall have a qualified account manager with at least two years of experience.
