The California Franchise Tax Board seeks a qualified vendor to provide on‑site and remote American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting and real‑time captioning (RTC) services for its statewide operations. The contractor must supply certified interpreters and captioners, maintain 24 × 7 on‑call availability, and comply with strict security, background‑check, and insurance requirements.
