RFP 2026-01 OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH CENTER

The South Brunswick Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to operate and manage its District Employee Health Center for a one‑year term. The contractor will provide full‑service primary‑care clinical services, staffing, administration, supply procurement, compliance, and reporting for the district’s employee health program. • Deliver primary‑care examinations, preventive health screenings, immunizations, minor‑illness treatment, and basic lab testing. • Employ licensed NJ clinical staff (NPs, PAs, MD/DOs, RNs, MAs) and handle all hiring, credentialing, scheduling, and supervision. • Manage health‑center operations including medical‑record handling (HIPAA), equipment maintenance, supply inventory, quality‑assurance, and monthly/annual utilization reports. • Provide a single flat‑fee annual price covering all clinical, administrative, and operational costs, with required insurance coverages and compliance documentation.
