Description
The 34th Street Partnership (34SP) seeks a qualified food‑service operator to manage and operate a concession‑seating sub‑concession in the pedestrian plaza at Broadway & 6th Avenue (Herald Plaza) in Midtown Manhattan. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of food service, daily set‑up and breakdown of tables and chairs, waste removal, security, ADA compliance, and any required utilities, while adhering to strict NYC health, safety, and design constraints. The award will be for an initial one‑year term with up to three one‑year renewal options, and compensation will be based on a minimum annual fee plus a revenue‑share component.
