The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified General Building Contractor (Class B) with C‑10 Electrical and C‑20 HVAC endorsements to install a Mitsubishi 3‑ton mini‑split heat‑pump system for the server (MDF) room at the Redding Veterans Home. The work includes installing a wall‑mounted fan‑coil unit, a roof‑top condensing unit, providing new electrical power design, and integrating the system with the existing Building Management System for automatic backup operation.
